In our Phytoprotection Laboratory, we carry out a wide range of research throughout the pineapple production chain. We specialize in carrying out microbiological studies with the purpose of evaluating the microbial load of various samples, both solid and liquid. Our methodology includes the implementation of highly rigorous protocols to guarantee accurate sample collection. These in vitro studies play a fundamental role in the early identification of possible phytopathological risks that could affect the crop. Our focus on early detection allows us to take effective preventive and corrective measures, thus contributing to the health and productivity of pineapple production.
The laboratory maintains rigorous research and development of its own bioinputs, as well as the validation of these products. Part of our work is validation through In vitro and In situ tests for both biological and non-biological products, coming from commercial companies.
